Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and confident Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of the real estate sector, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle walk-in clients and follow up on leads (from calls, CRM, or online platforms).
• Understand customer requirements and provide property options accordingly.
• Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and legalities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Keep records updated on CRM system and report daily activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional events and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Presentable personality and professional behavior.
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
• Should know how to handle site visits and client objections.
• Own two-wheeler with valid license is a must.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems preferred.
