Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Experience with Ishida or similar pouch packing machines is preferred)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th Pass or above

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Pouch Packing Machine Operators experienced with Ishida packing machines. The role includes operating, monitoring, and maintaining the pouch packing machines used for packaging food products in an automated production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Ishida pouch packing machines to package snack products efficiently and accurately
  • Set machine parameters (weight, speed, pouch size) and perform changeovers for different SKUs
  • Monitor product flow, sealing quality, film alignment, and pouch cutting
  • Perform daily start-up and shut-down procedures for the packing line
  • Detect and troubleshoot basic mechanical or quality issues during operations
  • Ensure correct date coding, labeling, and packaging quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the machine and surrounding area
  • Fill and maintain packing records and log sheets as per QA/production standards
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and QA teams for smooth workflow
  • Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety guidelines

Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience with Ishida, Nichrome, Bosch, or other automated pouch packing machines
  • Ability to perform basic mechanical adjustments
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in shifts
  • Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
