Job Description:

We are hiring Production Chemists and Plant Operators to manage day-to-day operations in our API and chemical manufacturing plant. The role involves handling equipment, following batch processes, and ensuring production activities meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute batch manufacturing processes as per BMR and SOPs
• Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and related plant equipment
• Handle raw material charging, sampling, pH adjustment, filtration, and drying operations
• Maintain logbooks, batch records, and cleaning records as per GMP standards
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and environmental practices
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work area
• Coordinate with production supervisors and quality teams during process stages
• Report any deviations, breakdowns, or process abnormalities immediately

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures
• Understanding of batch processing in chemical/pharma manufacturing
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain documentation
• Physically fit and comfortable working in shifts
• Team player with basic problem-solving skills

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
