Job Description:

We are hiring Production Machine Operators to operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing of corn chips and other extruded snack products. The role requires hands-on experience with food-grade machinery and the ability to maintain efficiency, quality, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor food processing machinery (extruders, fryers, seasoning machines, packing lines)
• Perform routine checks and minor adjustments on machines for smooth operation
• Load raw materials and monitor processing parameters (temperature, pressure, flow)
• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure product consistency
• Follow safety and hygiene practices as per food industry standards
• Clean machinery and maintain records of production and downtime
• Report equipment faults or production issues to the supervisor immediately
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and timelines

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in food processing or FMCG industry preferred
• Ability to operate and maintain mechanical equipment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Willingness to work in shifts and physically active roles
• Attention to detail and teamwork attitude
